I hope so.
I haven't weighed myself in a while, at least a month. Why? <shrug> Continued weight apathy I suppose -- as I just haven't changed! My intake remains relatively the same all the time, and my weight also does. I would bet however that I am a couple/few pounds up right now, because it's colder and I haven't been walking outside as much as I was. It's easier to motivate myself if it's nice out.
I've got some testing to do for abdominal pain today and next month: I hope that when it's all done I might have a diagnosis to move forward -- and get more movement.
